Agent Crashing the server

Hello
I am facing a problem with my agent , This agent is placed inside the mailbox of the users which triggers on a scheduled basis , This agent takes the meetings , the appointments and all day events from there mailbox and updates another database placed on another server. But as soon as we put this agent on the mailbox the server crashes
The folowing is the message that we got on the notes log

I am not sure if this is a problem with the agent because I tried the same agent from another server and its working fine. Please let me know the reasons why this happens
